Moose Drawing Permit Hunts

Our moose hunts are conducted primarily within Alaska hunting units 21, 23, and 24. These areas offer some of the states highest moose populations and consistently produce large trophy bulls. Moose hunts in these areas are offered mostly through a limited drawing permit process. Permits for both guided and unguided 2008 hunts are still available.

The deadline for unit 21 and 24, 2008 drawing permit
hunt applications is December 6, 2007.
The deadline for unit 23, 2008 drawing permit
hunt applications is May 31, 2008.

There are many  drawing permit areas. Each individual hunter or party of two hunters may apply for a maximum of three areas by preference. We will take care of the application process for you. Drawing permits are required for both our guided and unguided outfitted hunts.
