Joe & Zeb - Talachulitna River Float tripFloat Trips are a great way to escape the crowds and enjoy a real wilderness adventure. A scenic bush flight takes you to the headwaters of one of Alaska's wilderness rivers. Inflatable rafts carry you downstream, quietly drifting while casting to rarely fished waters and camping riverside each night. Float trips provide outstanding wildlife and sightseeing opportunities. Sportsman's will completely outfit you with the equipment required for your unguided adventure or you may choose from our guide supported to fully guided float trip options. All of our gear is of the highest quality. Comfortable camps include large roomy tents, sturdy cots and a complete propane kitchen. American Creek Float Trip Large state of the art cataraft boats provide a safe comfortable platform from which to fish and enjoy your adventure. Typical trips run 3 to 7 days. Prices vary with length of trip, location of river and the amount of guide support you desire.

On outfitted float trips, we take the time to help you properly assemble and pack your rafts at the river. You gain from our on location advice as to present water conditions, fishing and rafting techniques, maps, camping locations, float pace and other tips to help prepare you for your wilderness adventure.
