is
usually
required.

are
on
our
way
the
following
morning.
In
addition
to
the

services,
we
will
provide
for
you
the
equipment
described
below.
If
you

any
questions
about
this

- Rafts and
Accessories
-
We
provide
dual pontoon catamaran style rafts, "catarafts".
Fashioned with a tubular aluminum frame, these rafts offer a comfortable stable platform
from which to float and fish. Designed originally to run big whitewater, these rafts bring
a large safety margin to the relatively light white water you might encounter on some of
Alaska's
remote
rivers. These designs are more easily maneuvered than conventional
rafts.
You and your gear sit high off the water.
There are no floors to hold water,
soaking you and your equipment. No baling is ever required. We help you with raft
assembly at the river and
provide
instruction
on
how to pack and maneuver these boats before you begin
your trip.
-
Included with each raft are 3 oars (1 spare),
life jackets, foot pump, patch kit, throw
lines
and
other
required
accessories...
Tents
Cabela's "Alaska Outfitter" tent.
Roomy
and
easy to assemble,
these
geodesic
shelters
have proven themselves time and again in Alaska's tough elements.
One
"6
man"
tent
with
vestibule
for
each
two
to
three
clients
is
our
standard
issue,
allowing
plenty
of
room
for
cots,
gear
and
unrestricted
camping
comfort.
-
- Cots
-
"Roll a Cot" brand cots are furnished for your comfort.
We've
tried
a
lot
of
cots
over
the
years
and
have
found
these
to
be
the
most
comfortable
and
functional.
These sturdy collapsible beds also make excellent benches
while
eating
or
sitting
around the
nightly
camp
fire.
Keeping you high off the cold damp
ground,
cots
also
allow you to create a flat sleeping platform
on rocky or sloping ground where you would otherwise be unable to camp.
