DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations for the upcoming hunt season. Otherwise a $1000 deposit per hunter will secure dates beyond the approaching season. Rate increases may apply. Balance of hunt payment is due 60 days prior to the hunt start date. PAYMENT: Personal checks, cash, wire, or money order will be accepted for hunt deposits and balance payments. Deposits and final payments should be mailed to our Anchorage address at least 60 days prior to the hunt start date. All services must be paid in full prior to departing for the hunt. Credit Cards may be used to cover any applicable damage deposits on equipment rental. Mail payments to: Sportsman's

Service CANCELLATIONS: 50% of the deposit amount will be returned for reservations cancelled more than 120 days prior to hunt the departure date. Otherwise, deposits are nonrefundable. Rescheduling of hunts and application of deposits will be handled on a case by case basis. Cancellations made by Sportsman's Air Guide & Air Service will be refunded 100%. click
