The 2002 hunting season was very successful. Of the 18 Moose tags that we guided or outfitted to, 15 took trophy Yukon Moose. The three hunters that did not fill their tags each, had opportunity, or passed at several trophy Moose. 50% of the bulls taken exceeded 60 inches in antler width. The largest bull taken was 71.5 inches, from one of our guided camps. Guided camps were 100% on Moose, 5 for 5. Our runner up had a 68 inch spread and was taken from an outfitted unguided camp. One guided hunter also pursued and was successful in taking an 8 ft. Grizzly Bear.
